Deposit, session and loss caps, available everywhere now
Every casino holding a licence from a proper watchdog (the UKGC, MGA, Spelinspektionen, KSA, Spillemyndigheden, ANJ or ACMA) is now required by law to keep the controls below within the account settings. - Single-site self-exclusion. Closes the account outright, for six months, a year, or permanently.
Dropping your deposit and loss caps is usually instant. Increasing them, on the other hand, generally triggers a built-in wait of 24 hours or longer, on purpose, so that an impulsive decision cannot wipe out a level-headed one.
Country self-exclusion schemes
Excluding yourself from one casino has its limits: nothing prevents you from opening an account at the next one over.
